Hey man, I went to the Rafman opening with friends. The show overall is fun and pretty decent. However when I saw that vid, I was disappointed mostly for the reasons you stated but also just for the fact that what appears to be random shit was mostly from your tumblr. He has the right to make art out of stuff you culled (also other ppl's art) but it's dumb if he gets credit for culling it, when it came from you. anyway I told my friends what was up. great tumblr btw.

Congratulations, you've just experienced what it feels like to have someone legally use images that you have captured that you have no rights over. This Rafman guy has credited you (did you credit the game artists whose animations you've captured?) and you have lost any right to complain because none of the art used in the video is actually your own. It's shitty I know but you're just gonna have to deal with it.

hi sorry man but i felt i should tell you this, this is internet and you just pick up stills of video games and put it into gifs, nonetheless all the good work, there is nothing artistic in this situation, it is more footage archive related, even thought your complain is more awkward by the fact that you are claiming the right of copyrighted content that you didnt make yourself... you should just be happy, idk, jon rafman is a great artist. and everyone know he is using found footage. chill out.
